Our detached vacation home near Langres in northern France offers everything for a relaxing stay. The spacious living room has a cozy fireplace, TV and a comfortable corner sofa. The open kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. You can also cozy up on one of the 4 stools at the bar. The two bedrooms have comfortable double beds and windows that provide natural light. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination and there is a second toilet in the hallway. Upstairs you will find two cozy bedsteads and a playpen, ideal for families with young children.Outside you can enjoy the 800m² garden, with both sunny and shady seating areas. The garden also offers a petanque court, hammock and table tennis table. The spacious outdoor terrace, with a dining table by the fire pit or under the cherry tree, makes it the perfect place for long summer evenings and cozy dinners al fresco, the peace and nature nearby!
Nature and surroundings
Vitry-les-Nogent is a charming and quiet village with about 180 inhabitants. Our detached house offers a nice place to come home to after a day in nature. The area is particularly quiet and wooded, ideal for those looking for relaxation. Within a fifteen-minute drive you are in the beautiful four-lake area, where there are plenty of opportunities for water sports such as canoeing, surfing, sailing and rowing. For hikers, this is a paradise. The vast fields and untouched nature provide a sense of peace and freedom. In the house there are hiking maps ready with beautiful routes. After a day outside, it is wonderful to sit on the terrace by the fire pit or under the cherry tree at the picnic table. When evening falls, the starry sky and serene silence become the highlights of the day. Or enjoy the balcony with lighting, ideal for quiet moments of reading and good conversation with of course: a glass of French wine and fromage!
