The farmhouse dates from 1881 and was restored in 2001 while retaining all the original features. The interior walls are covered with clay and lime and exude the atmosphere of yesteryear. 2023 new shower on the second floor and a renovation of the shower on the second floor. The centerpiece of the home is the living room with an open kitchen. A large cozy wood stove and a huge corner sofa. At the rear is a large terrace with fixed BBQ. There is a swimming pool and a small built-in children's pool. You have 3 bikes at your disposal to explore the area. You are also free to use the wood-fired hot tub installed on the terrace. Pets are welcome and can run around in the large fenced garden (1 Ha).

The nature house is located in a small hamlet "Cros sud" which is part of the village "Dompierre-les-Eglises". Cros consists of about twenty houses where time has stood still. It is a picturesque little hamlet amidst vast, hilly lands, forests and lakes. By the way, the Haute Vienne is a region that is very green with many rural villages. Also a quiet region where tourism has not yet completely penetrated and where you can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful nature. The Haute-Vienne is one of the three departments of the Limousin, located next to Creuse and Corrèze. Cros is in the middle of three large natural parks. To the south are the parks regional Perigord- Limousin and Millevache en Limousin. To the north, Cros is bordered by the park naturel regional de la Brenne. The area is known as the green heart of France! There is still plenty of space and peace, even complete silence can be found here.
