Welcome to our spacious vacation farmhouse! The vacation farm offers space for groups up to 14 people and is very suitable for families, sports clubs and groups of friends. The farm consists of a spacious common living-dining room with extensive kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a large private terrace to sit outside in good weather with an adjacent playground including a trampoline, slide, swings, sandbox and an animal pasture with goats, chickens and rabbits. In addition, there is a large covered private terrace. The farm is very child-friendly because of its location and the animals. The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Zevenhuizen (GR), in the heart of the three northern provinces. Includes bed linen and kitchen linen. Bath linen (1 large and 1 small towel) can be rented on request for €4,50 pp. per stay. Please indicate this when booking.
Nature and surroundings
From the vacation farm you enjoy meadows around you and birds in the trees. Hares regularly come onto the property to graze and deer can be seen in the land behind the farm. When you look up, storks, buzzards and woodpigeons fly around. In the morning you can hear the woodpecker drumming in the trees. From the farm you can easily cycle towards the Bakkeveen woods or the Leekstermeer. Also hiking in the area is recommended, The accommodation is located on the border of Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe and therefore offers a versatile landscape.
