The cottage is separately located well behind our house. The area is approximately 45 m2. The guesthouse consists of a living room with kitchenette with all necessary kitchen equipment, bathroom with toilet and shower, a spacious sauna and a hallway. The sleeping accommodation with a double bed is located on the mezzanine. You have access from the living room through a sliding door to a spacious garden with an unobstructed view over lawns and forests. The garden has a spacious terrace with garden furniture. There is wireless internet connection and smart TV in the vacation home. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are also plentiful and included in the price.

The cottage is located in the outskirts of "Sevenum", municipality "Horst aan de maas". The cottage is rural and adjacent to the forest areas "the Steegberg" and "the Heesberg" which both belong to a former shifting sand area that was created after the reclamation of the peel. The authentic peat landscape "the Mariapeel " is located within cycling distance and is a wonderful area for walking and cycling. On the edge of the nature reserve are the peat colonies of Helenaveen and Griendtsveen. The vacation home is located on the "Knopenlopen" route which allows you to easily explore the area by marked hiking trails. There are also numerous bicycle routes in the area and there is an extensive cycling network. An ideal way to see more of the beautiful North Limburg. In the immediate vicinity are many amenities including stores, restaurants and various recreational opportunities including Toverland amusement park, various swimming pools and golf courses.
