The cottage has a large pond, playground, sunny terrace and is surrounded by trees but has a rural view to the rear where deer regularly pass. It is a simple nature house with living room, garden doors to the terrace adjacent to the pond. There is an open kitchen with kitchenette (gas hob and coffee maker) with next to it a closet and the back door. The bathroom has a shower and sink. In the hall is the toilet, front door, staircase and the bedroom (bed 140x200) on the ground floor. On the first floor is the landing and there are 2 bedrooms (140x200 and 130x190). The cottage has no central heating but an excellent wood stove. Because the cottage is located on a cul-de-sac, there is plenty of parking and privacy. As mentioned, the border with Belgium is nearby and with 30 car minutes you are in Antwerp or Breda.

Because the cottage is located near the Belgian border, it is also possible to visit, for example, the port city of Antwerp (located approximately 30 minutes by car) or Breda. But also in Zundert itself there is plenty to do. In the municipality of Zundert, Vincent van Gogh was born (local museum) and there is also an annual flower parade.
