Nature house in Langbroek

Charming nature house, located on a private estate in the middle of meadows and woods. The nature house has an Austrian "Hütte" look - cozy light wood inside - and is fully equipped. Downstairs an open kitchen with sitting bar, refrigerator, electric stove and a dining/sitting room with wide views of the fields and into the forest. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The double bed consists of 2 twin beds together. There are two toilets in the nature house. The terrace with table and chairs is located on the sunny South. While looking at the edge of the forest next to the fields there is a good chance that you will see hares, deer and birds of prey passing by. So bring your binoculars! In this beautiful nature you will certainly come to rest. There is also a tennis court on the estate, where you can play for 25 euros per hour (please book on the spot with the landlord). The nature house booking includes cleaning, towels and bed linen. No pets, no smoking inside.

Langbroek lies in the middle of the special Langbroekerwetering: the area between the forests of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, the Langbroek pastures and the medieval fortified town of Wijk bij Duurstede on the lek, where the Kromme Rijn river originates. Here you will find historic farms, unique coulisse landscape, diverse flora and fauna, ditches, beautiful oak avenues, the Stichtse Lustwarande with castles and knight's estates and Huis Doorn, where the German former Emperor Wilhelm II lived from 1920 to 1941. Within biking and walking distance are Maarn and Leersum on high ground, picturesque Amerongen and rural Cothen. For a day out, boulder city Amersfoort is a must. From the nature house peace seekers, recreationists and sports enthusiasts can walk or mountain bike through the woods, (racing) cycling through the meadows, canoeing on the Kromme Rijn, playing golf on Estate Anderstein, swimming in the Henschotermeer and discovering regional products in the farming area.
