The ground floor has an entrance hall and ski room. On the second floor is the first double room with private bathroom. On the second floor is the kitchen and a large dining table. Arranged on the third floor is a large living room with mountain views. On the fourth floor are two bedrooms, both with bunk beds, and a bathroom. On the fifth and last floor, in the attic with exposed beams, is the master bedroom, with a double bed and a possible additional single bed, also with a private bathroom.

Nestled in the silence of the forest, but convenient to all the services of the village of Champoluc, a 5-minute walk away. A small 50-meter off-piste run takes you to the return slope of the Monterosa Ski area, for a ski-in/ski-out stay
