Nature house in Marigny-Marmande

We named our largest cottage after the deer you sometimes find in the garden in the morning when you open the shutters of your bedroom. Located entirely on the ground floor, this apartment has a total living space of 80m2 and features a living room, kitchen and two adjoining bedrooms. Through the living room with authentic fireplace you walk through to the kitchen, which also provides access to the bathroom with shower and is equipped with a separate toilet room. The spacious bedroom has a wonderful box spring (160×200). The bedroom provides a unique view of the valley. The second bedroom has a loft bed with space above for 1 person and below for 2 people (90×200 & 140×200). All our gites are provided with bed linen and towels. An interim change of towels is always possible. On request we can place a crib for very small children. Smoking is not allowed and dogs are not welcome.

On a hill in the Loire-Anjou-Touraine National Park you will find Domaine de la Boissière. This wonderfully quiet property is located just outside the village of Marigny-Marmande. The property traces its origins back to the 16th century and has seen much of the history of the Loire region and France. Our property has many vistas and unique places to discover, it still has a real well and an authentic entrance gate. The property covers more than 2 hectares and extends into the forest of La Boissière.The wonderfully beautiful garden contains many different types of plants and trees, and a vegetable garden with different types of fruit trees and nut trees. In the garden there are three beautiful large oak trees of up to 350 years old, in which we regularly get squirrels and a wide variety of birds, such as the nightingale, visiting. Similarly, early in the morning you may find, for example, a family of deer in the garden.
