Welcome to our recently built, wonderfully quiet detached cottage located on The Emperer. It is truly a nature house, fully equipped with a beautiful living room with wood stove and a kitchen with simple cooking facilities and combi-oven/microwave. Spacious bedroom on mezzanine floor with luxury box spring (the beds are made up). On the ground floor, the sofa under the mezzanine can easily be converted into a good sofa bed. The bathroom is spacious with a nice shower (hairdryer available). Lovely large veranda, outdoor terrace and surrounding lawn. The cottage has unobstructed views and yet through the vegetation much privacy because it is situated at the back of the yard.
Nature and surroundings
The vacation home is located in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Oude IJssel near Voorst and a stone's throw from the beautiful Hanseatic city of Zutphen, where you can do extensive shopping and take advantage of catering establishments. The towns of Deventer and Apeldoorn are also nearby. The Voorst-Empe train station is 850 m away. Beautiful walks and cycling and mountain biking tours are possible , for example on Tondense Heide, Voorstonden Estate and the Postbank on the Veluwezoom. You can also relax at Thermen Bussloo.
