Our spacious 4-5 person cottage is located in the south of the beautiful Dordogne, France. The perfect place, because there is so much to see and do here! Hiking, biking, visiting the many markets in the area (such as the famous Sunday market in Issegeac), beautiful villages and towns such as Bergerac, Monpazier, Sarlat, Beaumont and Perigueux, museums, wineries, kayaking in spring or summer, enchanting caves, aqua park and aquarium, tree trail.... so on and so forth. The gîte is adjacent to our farm and has a spacious kitchen, a dining room and a living room, a nice bathroom and 2 bedrooms. bedroom 1 with a bed of 160x200, and the second bedroom has 2 beds of 80x200, there is a 1 person sofa bed and there is a camp bed for a baby. There is a large fenced garden. You can also use the private surface swimming pool when the weather is good.
Nature and surroundings
Surrounded by countryside and forests, and yet you are within 10 minutes on the terrace in Beaumont du Perigord, or you buy your fresh bread there from the best bakery in the area. Directly from the gite you can make several walks and bike tours. Around dusk you can regularly see deer and if you're lucky a red deer! In the morning, enjoy breakfast outside in the French morning sun overlooking the hills and fields that surround the farm. With of course a fresh egg from our own chickens.
