Grand and Enjoyable! Our nature house is a rural detached Cottage. The price is for 2 persons, each additional person costs € 20.00 p.p.p.n. There is a covered terrace where you can enjoy our garden. It is now a mature garden of 7600 m2 landscaped under the architecture of Arend Jan van der Horst. In the spring you can see the storks hovering and hear them clatter. Upstairs in the cottage is 1 bedroom with a 2-person electric bed. Next to it is an open space, where there are 2 more single beds. The living room has patio doors to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. A hair dryer is available. On the terrace there is a chess, checkers table, there is a large trampoline, a badminton set and the Swedish kubb game. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Minimum stay is 2 nights.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located just outside the village of Rijswijk and adjacent to the Almbos, where you can take a nice walk. Rijswijk is a village in the municipality of Altena. This Municipality is surrounded by the major rivers and offers plenty of opportunities for beautiful hiking and cycling. National Park De Biesbosch is a short distance away. A visit from the fortified town of Woudrichem via the foot ferry to Slot Loevestein is also an experience. A visit to the Efteling or the National Park Loonse and Drunense Dunes is certainly a possibility. But beware by the nature experience from the cottage in our garden, you really do not want to go out anymore and you will completely relax and go back home completely zen.
