Nature house in Empe

our fully furnished guest house, with large covered porch, is located on a dead-end dirt road and offers a lot of privacy. Next to the house is a large lawn with unobstructed views of meadows and fields. Deer and storks come to the house and rabbits, hares and other game drink from the pool on the property. Our guest house is heated by a wall heater, (CO2 detector available) in the bedrooms are heating panels. The house is well insulated. After the renovation of the living area, we have refurbished the recreation room. Here there are a billiard table, shuffleboard, soccer game, piano, dartboard, among others. In the closet is several family games, as well as in the room behind the guesthouse. by the porch is a large iron tub in which wood can be fired. If the children want to camp in their own tent in our large garden, it is no problem for us.

There are several biking and hiking trails from the location. The nature reserves: The Empese Heide; The IJsselvallei; The Imbosch; the Loenermark; the Hoge Veluwe at Otterlo/Hoenderloo are in close proximity. The beautiful Hanseatic cities Zutphen(5.8km), Deventer (14km) and Doesburg (22km) are nearby. A beautiful recreational area "Bussloo" with Spa and Sauna is 5km away from Empe. The Open Air Museum and Burgers Zoo in Arnhem; the Kroller Müller museum in Otterlo (closed on Mondays); the More museum (Modern Realism) in Gorssel to combine with the More museum (realistic art by Karel Willink) in Ruurlo or playing golf in Brummen at Groot Engelenburg; a boat trip on the IJssel, a trip with the whisper boat through Zutphen etc. Also for children there are plenty of opportunities, such as De Spelerij/inventorij in Dieren where they can make things themselves with tools and materials; create their own paper at the paper factory in Loenen; a trip on the steam train combined with a saloon boat.
