This nature house is situated in our house. Our modern house is built of small straw bales, plastered on the inside with clay. The house is located near our dairy farm. The B&B involves a small, simple bedroom. With own shower in the room and just outside the bedroom a private toilet. In the summer you can use a lovely terrace with morning sun through French doors. The entrance is through our barn. There is a possibility to park your electric bike in the barn and charge it. There is ample parking space. There is no TV but WIFI. There are several nice restaurants nearby. There is no cooking facility in the room. Outside the room is a small refrigerator for your use and where breakfast is ready on the table in the morning. In consultation, your dog is welcome. The barrier-free room is on the ground floor. The bed is 2m long * 1.70m wide with tempur mattresses. In consultation is earlier check in or check out possible.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in the beautiful Cortenoever countryside along the river IJssel. You can enjoy walking and cycling here. A stone's throw from the beautiful Hanseatic town of Zutphen. Or visit the smallest town in the Netherlands Bronckhorst. You can go for lovely walks in Loenen or on the Empe and Tondense heathland, a wonderful outdoor area. At the B&B you are a guest on a modern dairy farm. If you wish you can join the farmer in milking in the morning or afternoon [20 euros per person up to 3 people]. You will be explained the ins and outs of the nature-inclusive dairy farm. A food yard is slowly growing on the farm, in recent years we have planted many walnuts and hazelnuts, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. In our milk house you can buy raw milk and our own cheese De Brummenaer via self-service [fresh milk and cheese is included with breakfast].
