Would you like to stay in the beautiful nature of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and 100 meters from the Henschotermeer lake? Then this is the ideal place! Large detached house of 120 m2. 3 bedrooms and large living room. Master bedroom with private toilet, shower and bath. Two separate bedrooms with shower and toilet. Large living room with lots of light and all amenities. House has comfortable floor heating. On 1500 m2 own land, great garden with 100% privacy with lawn, trees and play area with large chess game, hammocks and several seating areas. Pizza wood oven, weber wood barbeque and electric barbeque available. In short, a wonderful place to enjoy the tranquility, birdsong (great spotted woodpecker, nuthatches, blackhead, greenfinch, long-tailed tit, apple finch, etc.) and the fresh forest air. High-speed fiber optic internet available and large TV so as not to lose contact with the outside world. Two bicycles are available for use. Enjoy your holiday!
Nature and surroundings
Our house is located in a small forest park near the Henschotermeer lake. There you can swim perfectly and enjoy the forest beach 3 km long. Access annual passes for four people are available. There are also beautiful mountain bike routes and of course plenty of forest and heath hiking trails around the park. Maarn is nearby (walking or cycling distance.) And there you can do your shopping and enjoy nice restaurants. The park also has a restaurant, snack bar and playground. In short, in the middle of the Netherlands the most beautiful place to enjoy nature. Enjoy the nature!
