On the border of Overasselt and Alverna (municipality of Wijchen) you will find our cottage in the middle of nature and adjacent to the Overasseltse- and Hatertse vennen nature reserve. The cottage is located in the yard of a B&B. The cottage has recently been completely refurbished. The bathroom has been renovated and everything has been repainted. On the ground floor is the living room and an open kitchen (including dishwasher). The master bedroom (box spring bed) is on the ground floor. Upstairs is the sleeping area for possibly 2 children or 1 adult.

Our cottage is in a unique location. We dare to say on one of the most beautiful locations in the surroundings of Overasselt. You have a view over the meadows and within 2 minutes you are in the woods. The Overasseltse- and Haterste fens nature reserve is very close by. You can walk to it from the cottage within 10 minutes The Maas stream is 3 km away. The oldest city in the Netherlands is 10 km away and the distance to the center of Wijchen is only 4 km. Furthermore, the nature reserve Keent is close by.
