This little paradise of 50 x 10 meters with a log cabin (2 persons + possibly child) is situated on a piece of land on the Vinkeveense Plassen (Vinkeveen Lakes) and on the adjacent land a nice vintage Rapido (2 to 3 persons) and a 2 person 'de Waard' tent. Solar panels, a small fridge and outdoor kitchen, covered pergola, hot outdoor shower and toilet, 3 supboards including a surfboard with sail and 2 canoes. Small trampoline, water guns etc available. Gas stove and outdoor heater. A large raft with deck chairs overlooking the most beautiful sunsets. Great location for family(s) to vacation in a beautiful place, or for fishing enthusiasts! After 23 hours no noise because of neighboring houses.

From the berth, where you can park for free, it's about 15 minutes of boating through the beautiful, primeval Dutch countryside. The route is simple. No sailing after sunset and before sunrise for boat rentals, so not suitable if you especially want to dive into the nightlife in Amsterdam. A legakker is an elongated island left over from peat cutting. This is where the peat was laid out to dry. It was parceled out in parts, and this is 2.5 parts, so quite large. At the log cabin you look out over a nature reserve with the most beautiful sunsets. The island is full of flowers, trees and plants. Outdoor lights glow as the sun sets. The Vinkeveen lake is praised for its clear swimming water and is a Valhalla for anglers. There are cozy eateries, supermarkets and other stores in Vinkeveen and nearby Abcoude and Mijdrecht. The nature reserve Botshol is enormously worthwhile to wander through by sub-board or canoe. Upon arrival you will be welcomed and shown the way.
