There is also a Nespresso Vertue coffee machine with milk frother. There is also a kettle. There is no TV. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, including towels. There is also a sitting area and a dining table. A new bed completes the furnishings. The nature cottage is at the back of the yard, with rooster and chickens, and is located in a quiet area in the outskirts of Ermelo.
Nature and surroundings
Ermelo is located on the north side of the Veluwe, with the Nuldernauw on the northwest side and to the southeast the Ermelosche Heide, a 343-hectare site, most of which is in use as a nature reserve and available for day recreation. The site is traversed by bicycle, hiking and equestrian trails. The heathland is grazed by a flock of sheep. With the Randmeren in the front yard and the Veluwe in the back yard, there are plenty of opportunities to get out and about. Cycling along vast sand drifts and enchanted moors, walking through dense forests. Nature reserve De Veluwe offers kilometers of walking and cycling paths around Ermelo and Harderwijk. For example, the Leuvenum woods with its meandering forest stream and sand drifts with high sand dunes, open plains with grazing sheep and dense forests with original trees alternate.
