Spacious 1930's polder house on an old sea dyke. Equipped with all contemporary amenities such as air conditioning, dishwasher, oven, bathtub, playroom, outdoor sauna and stylishly decorated. Beautifully situated nature house facing south with large garden of more than 1000 m2 with numerous fruit trees (free picking). From the house and the garden more than five kilometers far view over the Zeeland Flanders polder landscape. Peace and space in abundance. Within walking distance is also the owner's potted fishing cottage where you can fish from a wooden jetty, swim or canoe in the Old Harbour (10 ha).
Nature and surroundings
Located in the by dikes and creeks formed Zeeuws-Vlaanderen polder amidst vast agricultural land, water and nature. The "own" creek the Old Port at 50 meters as the crow flies from the house and the Westerschelde, where even at high tide is a "secret" beach, less than two kilometers. Walking, cycling or sitting in the garden, peace and space all around. Just discover the beauty for yourself. Located in the municipality of Hulst about 10 kilometers from the fortified town of Hulst. Larger Belgian cities like Ghent, Antwerp and Bruges half an hour away by car. Country store at one kilometer with, if desired, breakfast service at home.
