We are Frank and Esther and live with our family on a 9500 m² estate. Our ecologically converted farmhouse offers three semi-detached vacation homes, with underfloor heating and fully equipped kitchen. The Corner House sleeps five people with two bedrooms, the large bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a bathtub and sink. The smaller bedroom has a double bed or two twin beds and there is another bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor is an open kitchen with five high chairs and a sitting area overlooking the flower meadow and orchard. There is fine wifi, no TV. The grounds offer a meadow with sheep, trampoline, swings, hammocks, mud kitchen, slackline, woods for hut building and a fire pit for gathering. There is time to connect with loved ones and dwell on what matters.
Nature and surroundings
If you love nature and outdoor activities, our farm and its surroundings is for you. We live in Kluisbergen, the heart of the Flemish Ardennes, at the end of a paved road. It is peaceful and quiet here. There is a courtyard, flower meadow, orchard and wooded garden. You can relax in the garden and let the children play. The Koppenberg, Taaienberg and Paterberg are a challenge for cyclists, but there are also quiet cycling and walking routes between the hills to enjoy the beautiful scenery and idyllic views. Visit Kluisbos and Muziekbos, two beautiful forests. For those who enjoy culture, the cities of Ghent, Kortrijk, Bruges and Tournai are within 40 minutes by car. These cities offer a rich historical and cultural heritage with numerous sights, museums, restaurants and cafes.
