Apartment located just outside hamlet PUNTHORST (approx. 1,000 inhabitants) and lies between Nieuwleusen and Staphorst, 15 kilometers from Zwolle. The place breathes tranquility, offers various possibilities close to home and is a fantastic base towards large parts of the Northern Netherlands. Within 1.5 hours you travel by train from Meppel to Amsterdam. By car you drive in an hour to Groningen, in three quarters of an hour to Emmen and within half an hour to the Weerribben or Giethoorn.From the Bosuil you look out on Boswachterij Staphorst, where there are several mountain bike trails, hiking, covered wagon and bike paths, as well as recreational lake 'The Black Pine' .... You walk straight from your apartment into nature. Punthorst is close to the border with Drenthe and the Vechtdal, where you can enjoy endless hiking, cycling and/or boating. Larger towns (Zwolle, Meppel) and Hanseatic cities (including Zwolle, Kampen and Hattem) are nearby. There are many activities to do in the area.
