In the forested part of north-west Skåne is in an idyllic spot a vacation home for 4 persons (+baby). A child-friendly cottage without fuss. All year habitable and easily accessible and fully equipped. Unlimited wifi via mobile internet. TV using your own smartphone and google chromecast (available). 1 bedroom with 2 x single bed and 1 bedroom with double bed (1,80x2,00 m) + place for baby crib. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen (2022) with a.o. 4-burner ceramic stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. 35 liter boiler. Heating by air/air heat pump and electric radiators in the bedrooms and dining room. Living room with TV, sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, bar with 2 bar stools. Patio doors to the terrace with garden furniture. Large garden, partially fenced. Parking on private property. High chair and cot available as standard. Many board games available and outdoor toys.
Nature and surroundings
The forested north-west of Skåne is quite different from the rest of Skåne. Hilly and both deciduous and coniferous forest. Lovely place for hiking and cycling, wildlife and bird watching and, if it is the time of year, also blueberry picking or mushrooming. A 20 min drive away are the supermarkets in Perstorp, Örkelljunga or Tyringe. Also the highway E4, junction Skåneporten, easily accessible within 10 min. Bälingesjön is 6 km away where you can swim, fish (license for sale on the spot) or sail. Canoes, rowing boats or pedal boats can be rented. Near Markaryd is an elk park with restaurant and souvenir store, Smålandet Älgsafari. Day trip to Copenhagen is also good to do with all kinds of things for the whole family. Or play golf in Perstorp, swim in an indoor pool or play tennis. Nature house 62554 is 5 min away (6 pers.) With 2 families on vacation? No problem anymore.
