The cottage has a sunny deck terrace and although it is located on our yard it has a private location with its own access in relation to the other two houses on the yard. The cottage is fully equipped for a short or longer stay. The living room is cozy and retro. A pellet stove provides cozy warmth in the cold months, during hot days the air conditioning keeps it cool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for delicious cooking, a Nespresso machine, refrigerator, full gas stove and dishes. The bedroom has a fine double bed 160 x 200 (Towels and bed linen included) and a large closet to store all your belongings. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and armchair. After a day in the city or nature you can take a nice shower in your own bathroom.The cottage is for two people, in consultation, up to 2 dogs can be taken.There is fiberglass available making remote working perfectly possible.

Peace and nature...Located in the outskirts of Deventer in the middle of an oasis of calm you have an unobstructed view of the meadows and nature behind. Enjoy the swallows, buzzards, owls, hares and deer that you see passing by. Surrounded by greenery, between cycling routes and hiking areas, you are 30 minutes by bike from Deventer and 45 minutes to the Salland Ridge. An ideal and particularly beautiful quiet place that you can use as a springboard for the action you want.
