What began in the 1970s as a modern concept of 17 white cottages is now a fully renovated project. The choice of warm, natural and high quality materials will make you feel at home. The renovated cottage, located on the playground, is the ideal place for a young family! Enjoy your aperitif while watching your kids romp from the cozy sofa or from the private garden. Plan adventurous hikes starting from the cottage, watch the many birds of prey that hover above the surrounding nature...Book with friends or family our 2nd cottage O'Blanche, and provide cozy moments together, and yet separately...Kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing ... the ideal vacation destination!
Nature and surroundings
The authentic Ardennes village of Treignes is a three-minute walk away. In the small supermarket you can do your shopping every day of the week. For supermarkets you can go to Nismes (Okay) or Couvin. Also just across the border in Vireux and Givet you can go to the Intermarché, and all this at max 15 km.3.5 kilometers away you drive across the French border, where you can find the best baguettes in the world. Choice of 3 bakeries...There is possibility of kayak (rental in the Montjoie), also vtt and other bikes for rent in the region. Along the Meuse (Voie Verte) possibility of flat cycling ...In the village there are 4 museums, so even in rainy weather there is always something to do.Especially the railroad museum with the steam train is a crowd puller.Hiking trails are plentiful, always starting at the church, also in all surrounding villages.
