Come, see and enjoy the space and work on the farm. You will spend the night in a modern pipowagen at the back of the farmyard. Furthermore, the wagon has a box bed and a sofa bed which offers space for a cozy 4 people. There is also a microwave, refrigerator and cooking facilities. Under the box bed is room to store luggage. The bathroom, how appropriate, is also on wheels. This is on the same plot and has a shower, toilet and sink. The following options can be booked in consultation: - wood-fired hot tub for 50,- p.d. Please note, the hot tub needs 3 hours time to heat up. Simple breakfast for 2 persons 20,- p.d.
Nature and surroundings
The wagon is in the back of the yard. Here you have a view of the countryside and its pursuits. Upon arrival in the village of Rijtsum there is a head-neck-hulled farmhouse with a Rest Point signpost. In our small village there are no facilities. Our village is connected with bicycle junctions and store route. There is the Molketap, a small unserved roadside store where you can get local products. There is also a Brocante store the Parsonage. Reistum has a modern village hall and a pub called 'it Ponkje' where you can have a drink on Saturdays and Sundays. On Saturdays there is a cafeteria run by volunteers where you can go between half past 5 and half past 7. You can also order and take away by calling 0519-339362.
