Characteristic Nature House with half-timbered facades. Perfect for two, but suitable up to and including four people. You can relax here, for example in the large enclosed garden, where it is safe for children to play, or for the dog, which can also come along. Downstairs you will find, in addition to a living room with open kitchen, another large winter garden (conservatory). A lovely place to relax after a long autumn or winter walk in front of the wood stove! And if the weather is not so good, you will still be in the middle of the greenery. Upstairs is an open space with two single beds (90x200) and if you walk past that there is another separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200). In between is the bathroom, the toilet is downstairs. Furthermore, you will find in the house everything you need to enjoy a carefree vacation. There is also wifi, but keep in mind that you are at the end of the country and therefore of the network. The speed/quality unfortunately leaves much to be desired.

The cottage is located on the edge of the large and special nature reserve De Hoge Venen, also called the last wilderness of the Benelux. If you go in the other direction, you come to the beautiful German Eifel. From the cottage you can do beautiful hiking, cycling, mountain biking and motorcycling. The famous Vennbahn cycle path runs one kilometer from the house, a great way to explore the beautiful surroundings car-free. In winter, when there is enough snow, it is possible to go cross-country skiing and skiing nearby. In the area there is much to see and do both across the nearby (300 meters) border in Germany and in Belgium. Think castles, beautiful cities such as Aachen and Malmedy and the picturesque Monschau. For those who enjoy water sports, there are several reservoirs nearby.
