A very nice place just steps from the Lac des Settons, in the heart of the Morvan! We recently metamorphosed the house and the garden. There is a completely new terrace, we painted the outside of the house, the shutters and the facade. Inside there is a new kitchen, new floors and the interior is more of 'this time'. Very attractive and cozy and fully equipped. There are also 2 electric bikes available to further explore the area. The house is conveniently located between Montsauche les Settons and Lac des Settons, so really close to the lake with all its restaurants and water sports entertainment. The house is completely detached with a very large garden with several seating areas, a (heated) pool and lots of peace and privacy. NOTE the pool is only in use from mid-May to mid-September.
