A monumental villa on top of a hill in the middle of nature on 7 acres of private land. This is the ultimate privacy and nature experience, the design ensures that even in the house you are always in touch with nature. Everywhere you look you see greenery. The house itself is now 80 years old and many elements are still original. So do not expect a modern sleek villa, but an authentic summer house in one of the most special places in the Netherlands. On the site is also a forest cabin where other people can stay. The house and the forest hut are situated so that there is sufficient privacy and peace. The total site is 7 acres, so plenty of space.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the Cape Woods, a nature reserve of about 600 acres. There are many animals on the property; with a little luck you can see the deer in the morning walking across the moors from your bedroom. There are also buzzards, badgers, foxes and even a hawk. In addition, there are many special trees on the property including even one 30 meter tall Sequoia tree.
