There is a modern bathroom with rain shower. From the couch you can look out onto the vineyard! French doors lead out onto a large sunny terrace. The house is heated sustainably and insulated with organic materials. A wonderful place to get away from it all! Because of the steep stairs it is less suitable for people with mobility problems. The property is 1.3 hectares and is located in the middle of the coulisse landscape of the IJsselvallei, near the Veluwe and the Achterhoek. With a natural pond, several sheep pastures with fruit trees, a vegetable garden and a vineyard, the estate is actually special enough! But for cyclists and hikers, the area offers plenty of opportunities: the Empese and Tondense heaths, several extensive estates, the Veluwezoom and the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen, Deventer and Doesburg can be reached within half an hour. We gladly invite guests to use the entire grounds. Plop down on the lounge set by the pond, or grab a loaner chair (a lovely recliner) and find a spot under the trees or wherever you like and enjoy the birds, the frogs, and the silence!
