Quietly located nature house in the "Simli" with a natural sloping garden, large terrace with patio furniture, 2insert slides, garden furniture, BBQ, petanque court. Located 700m from the beautiful sandy beach.Ground floor with guest toilet, bedroom with private bathroom: toilet, sink and bath. Spacious living room with sitting area and digital television and free wifi throughout the house, a large dining table, fully equipped kitchen with the necessary facilities.On the first floor a bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower, 1 bedroom for 4 people with extra sink, third bedroom with a king-size bed, 4th room with 2 single beds. Bed linen and bath towels included. Garage equipped with pool table, table soccer, a MEGA four in a row, a wagon, washing machine and drying rack. Consumption of water, gas and electricity is included in the rent at 35€/day, additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit, recording through official meters.
