Typical mountain hut made of stone and wood , with separate entrance and courtyard . On one floor , kitchen ,dining room , living room , bedroom , bathroom and large panoramic terrace with spectacular views of the valley .Perfectly renovated with our own hands using local brushed larch wood for siding and parquet , It is located about 30 mt from the road in a quiet location . Large panoramic terrace . In the hamlet there are a typical mountain bar and a butcher store food really recommendable !! At guests' disposal fabulous E-bikes. 1 Free use for stays of at least 6 days. Or: With additional cost half or full day use ,only for guests .
Nature and surroundings
The hamlet Martassina is located in the town of Ala di stura at an altitude of 1200 meters in a valley little touched by mass tourism , ideal for those who love the mountains "not too organized" but more real and wild. Chalet suitable for couples, families or couples of friends who want to spend a few days in the tranquility of nature ,equipped with kitchen ,dishes and everything you need to be independent .Independent heating with pellet stove that heats radiators and domestic water that in summer is produced by solar thermal panel. New spectacular terrace/solarium, made completely of wood,with a wide view of the valley and the river.In the cold season the house is delivered warm and with the stove on, the consumption pellets needed for heating will be charged to the guests.
