Authentic French house. More than 100 years old, tastefully decorated and with completely renovated kitchen and bedrooms. The house has an unobstructed view, no neighbors and lots of privacy. For the colder evenings in spring and autumn there is a fireplace. In the summer you can barbecue outside.

The house is 900 meters from Puylagarde (see google maps map at the bottom of this page), 10 kilometers from Caylus and 20 from Saint Antonin Noble Val. These are French villages where time has stood still. Beautiful hiking, biking, canoeing or visiting old towns. The area has much, much to offer !This part of the Tarn et Garonne is a lively region. Municipal swimming pools offer fun for children, antique markets in several towns and of course weekly markets with the smell of fresh products from the French countryside. Many villages or towns have sights like hidden Romanesque churches in medieval streets.Wine lovers visit the famous chateaus near Cahors, discover the region of Gaillac or they drive on to beautiful places like Rodez or Aurillac. Not only road cyclists are well served here. There are several marked routes for mountain biking.
