Nature house in Percy en Normandie

This 19th century Norman stone house, which was completely renovated in 2020/2021 with great attention to detail, is located in a park-like, spacious garden surrounded by old trees. We have consciously paid attention to sustainability and longevity, be it in the selection of regional building materials, the integration of "upcycling" furniture, but also in terms of reducing energy and water consumption through modern electrical appliances and high-quality sanitary products. On three floors, this house (max. 7 adults) offers you a great lifestyle, comfort, relaxation and recreation. Children are very welcome! Both the house and the garden cater to the needs of children of all ages. We offer numerous play opportunities, so that boredom remains a foreign word; this makes children's hearts beat faster and parents relax. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can admire a fantastic starry sky after dark.

The department of La Manche offers a multitude of opportunities to explore and experience the beautiful natural surroundings. There are a variety of hiking trails, cycle paths ("Voies Vert"), mountain bike trails, crossings of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel (approx. 30 minutes away), horse riding or climbing tours (Suisse Normande). There are also short circular walks in the forest not far from the house, which are also an exciting nature experience for younger children. A special experience for young and old is tidal fishing "Pêche à pied", the national sport of the coastal regions, and the Atlantic coast with its numerous harbor towns such as Granville and seaside resorts such as Agon-Coutainville is less than 30 minutes away by car. A visit to the private zoo in Champrépus, 20 minutes away, is well worthwhile. This zoo is characterized not by the variety of animals but by the naturalness of the enclosures and the botanical design of the grounds.
