This modern, child-friendly, luxurious vacation home for 10 people ( +1 crib and 1 travel bed) is located in a cul-de-sac in Barvaux-Sur-Ourthe on 35 ares of land. Private playground and private play forest adjacent to our vacation home. All windows have automatic shutters. Layout:* 3 Bedrooms: 2 persons room with sink / 2 persons room with baby bed / room with 2 bunk beds with bedding for 2p.* Spacious living room with open kitchen.* Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.* Separate toilet.* Large storage room with extra freezer, fridge, washer and dryer.The house is very child friendly. The following is provided: baby bed, high chair, children's crockery, baby carriage, bed gate, changing table with baby bath, stove gate for safety, play corner, relaxation area. ( pool, table tennis, darts, kicker)The driveway (closed) offers space for several cars. No pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited in the house. Free WIFI.

In the house is an info folder with descriptions of numerous activities, stores, attractions...in the neighborhood. The town of Durbuy is 7 kilometers from our house. It is the perfect base for beautiful walks, wonderful museums, adventurous cycling, At 5 km is also the largest adventure park in Belgium: Durbuy Adventure. This offers a range of activities: rock climbing, escaperoom, kayaking, tubing side,l asergame, bowling, It is a 40 minute drive to Baraque Fraiture where you are most likely to find snow during the winter. A whole range for an adventurous vacation but also an ideal place to unwind. At our house is also an outdoor playground and a play forest where you can build camps to your heart's content.
