Erve Dinkelhorst is located in the Twente coulisse landscape and consists of two buildings: the House and the Atelier. The modern-style Twente yard was built in 2021 and is equipped with all modern and sustainable conveniences. The Atelier is the perfect place for a couple to unwind and enjoy nature. In summer you can enjoy the sun on the terrace and in the surrounding garden and in winter you crawl in front of the wood stove and the house stays nice and warm thanks to the underfloor heating. The entire Atelier is at ground level and the bathtub is fitted with a handle, so even the less mobile guests can get around.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the rural area of the hamlet Mekkelhorst, where you can fully enjoy the quiet farm life between forest and meadow. The area belongs to the North-East Twente National Landscape and is within cycling distance of nature reserve Het Lutterzand and Singraven Estate, among others. On foot you can explore the Dinkel valley and Natura 2000 area Dinkelland, for example.
