Where once stood a barn, you will now find a charming B&B with contemporary comforts in an ancient setting. The silhouette of the barn has remained and some windows look out over the same patch of greenery as a hundred years ago. Cows and agricultural machinery made way for five identical, attractive and pleasant rooms for two, each with its own terrace. Hostess Sarah postponed her dreams for a long time, only to go full steam ahead. 't Motjeshof is a pleasant, quiet and relaxing location. You overlook the fields and a piece of pure, rural, West Flemish nature. Children from 12 years. Pets are not allowed due to Sarah's allergy. Jacuzzi and Sauna available for a fee in the wellness cabin.
Nature and surroundings
Discover the region around 't Motjeshof. The relatively flat - sometimes slightly undulating - West Flanders is a pleasant cycling region. We can provide the necessary (electric) bikes if you plan to explore the area on two wheels. Our B&B is situated along the Verbiestroute (44km) and the Wastineroute (50km). Also Provinciedomein Bulskampveld or 't Veld, nature reserve De Gulke Putten and the Castle of Ardooie offer plenty of places of interest to make nice walks. There is a lot to discover. In the B&B there are plenty of printed cycling and walking routes. We are happy to give you lots of tips and ideas! But come also discover Bruges, Roeselare, Kortrijk, Ghent or even The Coast! We are only 20min, max half hour from everywhere!
