Nature house in Holthees

Our Finnish Kota's are waiting for you! All three are furnished as comfortable vacation accommodation for four people, very complete and equipped with all conveniences and central heating. There is a bedroom with double box spring and an adjoining bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. In the intermediate room there are 2 single beds (60 cm. wide, 2 m. long). Each kota has its own kitchen and private terrace with hot tub.We have 2 kotas in which you enter in a cozy sitting room with comfortable furniture and a small complete kitchen with sink, microwave, stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and all kinds of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.In this Kota you enter in a typical Finnish fire hut with a large fireplace in the middle on which you can BBQ in the winter. There is also a small kitchen.Each Kota has a cozy private terrace with garden table and chairs. From your bedroom you can step right into your own Hot-tub.

Our environment is scenically located on the border of Limburg and North Brabant, just outside the village of Holthees. The environment is very varied with fields, forest and water such as the Maas.Moreover, ten minutes by car you will find the Leuker Lake, in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Maasduinen. But also Brabant and Limburg villages with cozy centers and various attractions are a short cycling distance around our campsite. A day of shopping is also among the possibilities; the cities of Boxmeer (Brabant), Venray (Limburg) and Goch or Kleve (Germany) can be reached for example within half an hour by car.Walking and cyclingOur campsite is located on one side of the Pieterpad with the ruins of Castle Makken on the right and the Lady Chapel on the left. On the side of the Sleijbergweg is in the forest "donkey heaven", here were in ancient times the working donkeys of the castle Makken buried. It goes without saying that you can enjoy walking or cycling from here.
