Nature house in Arcevia

Currently there are 4 independent apartments furnished in different sizes with maximum preservation of the original features that are typical of the Italian houses.All apartments have a separate entrance and a private terrace and have a small kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven and separate living and sleeping areas.All apartments have gas heating with radiators and one apartment also has a wood stove.There is wireless internet available in and around the entire house.There is a large swimming pool of 12x6 meters (salt electrolysis) with stunning view on the surroundings and the Apennines, which has an elevated pool house with a portico.There is a possibility for a game of badminton, ping pong or petanque. The frontside of the garden is dominated by a huge mulberry tree which has a trunk with a circumference of more than 6 meters. According to the locals it's probably one of the largest in the whole of Italy.

The house is located on the outskirts of San Pietro di Arcevia and is accessible via a 600 meter long gravel road (strada bianca). The house is situated in a hilly landscape and surrounded by lands of the shepherd.The guests can pick the fruit freshly from the trees in the garden : mulberry - cherries - apricots - plums - apples - figs - almonds - kaki - goji berries.Here no landscape pollution by big electricity lines, solar panels, cell phone towers or busy roads.With some luck you can watch a herd of deer or wild boar pass by next to the casa, while a pair of eagles or falcons scout their territory from the air.There are many nice restaurants in the area, offering the vaunted Marchegian dishes at very reasonable prices.Shopping is best done in San Lorenzo in Campo (6 km), where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, etc.The house is centrally located between the Adriatic beaches (25 km) and the Apennines (30 km) .
