The house consists of two separate apartments one above the other, each with its own modern bathroom and kitchen and terrace and above that a roof terrace. Because of the many terraces, the house is not suitable for children under 6 years old. The first apartment is located on the ground floor and has a large terrace, with an adjacent bedroom with ensuite bathroom (3 persons) and kitchen. Attached to the terrace is an additional simple bedroom for 2 people to rent. From the terrace a staircase leads to the second apartment, consisting of a living kitchen and bedroom with ensuite bathroom (2 people). Above the second apartment there is another terrace, from which there are beautiful views over the valley. On this terrace is the last, also simple bedroom (1 person).
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the village square of Bossare, an ancient Borghata surrounded by nature in the magical valley of the Bevera, near Olivetta San Michele. The river flows past the house, and a 3-minute walk away is a wonderful swimming spot. Around you see the mountains that reach up to 1400 meters already from the house. The road ends 50 meters before the village, so peace and quiet guaranteed. Nearby you will find beautiful villages like Airole and Fanghetto, and while around the house there are about 50,000 hectares of nature, just 15 km away you will find the Mediterranean sea and Ventimiglia with its delicious market, and also the French coast with Menton and Nice is very close. Inland, the snowy peaks of the Ligurian Alps can be climbed within half an hour's drive.
