Also for dogs a paradise with dog play forest nearby. The bright, comfortable house has a cozy living area with open kitchen, sitting area with wood stove, bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms and a cozy box bed. In the large woodland garden in summer you can relax in the hammocks, eat on the terrace and enjoy the outdoor shower. Every season has its own charm. Inside you can light fires in the wood stove and with central heating and double-glazed windows there is a pleasant temperature throughout the house. During a hot summer it is nice and cool. The kitchen is fully equipped. At the large dining table is great for dining, but you can also work fine. Good wifi, widescreen smart TV and a sound bar for nice music. Almost the most beautiful and quietest place in this nature park. The house with forest garden is located at the edge of the Carstenbos. IJhorst lies on the border of Drenthe and Overijssel. Around the border river the Reest is an ancient stream valley. The Reest is a lowland stream that still has its original course with a very unique character with hay fields, fields, heaths, forests, estates and monumental farms. There are many special plants and animals, including the holwort, badgers, deer and not forgetting storks. Besides the beautiful nature, there is also a rich cultural heritage with beautiful manor houses, well-maintained mills and small keuter farms. This works inspiring for many artists who live and work in the Reest valley. In the vicinity are nice and picturesque towns to visit. When we ourselves are here, we are often in the surroundings of our house, taking walks with the dog, going mountain biking, or an early morning run across the moors.
