A spacious and comfortable apartment on Ameland for 2 persons. The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet location in the polder near Ballum. A place where you can enjoy the sound of the sea, peace and quiet and space. The apartment is located near the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. After a thorough renovation we started renting out our apartment in 2020. The apartment has a magnificent view. On the second floor a living room with sitting and dining area and an open kitchen. The kitchen has an induction hob, combination microwave, Senseo, dishwasher and refrigerator. The bedroom and bathroom with separate toilet are on the ground floor. In the bedroom there is a box spring, 2x90x200, shaken up as 1 bed. After a night in a lovely bed, pull open the curtains and look out over the countryside. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a sink. There is a generous private terrace facing south.
Nature and surroundings
A great vacation rental for exploring the area, doing activities and sightseeing. A fine base to enjoy the sun, sea, beach, dunes and forests. The apartment has a fantastic view over World Heritage Site the Wadden Sea to the Frisian coast and over the farmlands with birds and hares. The apartment is in a beautiful quiet location in the polder near Ballum near the Wadden Sea. A place where you can enjoy the murmur of the sea, fresh air, peace and quiet and space. Walk or cycle through the forest to the North Sea beach and enjoy a beach walk. Admire the sunrise in the Ballummer bend. Marvel at the amount of stars. Discover nature reserve 't Oerd and the Hon, the easternmost point of the island, with a ride on the Strandexpress. An Amelander guide will explain the unique area with magnificent panoramic views. In short: enjoy every season to the fullest with each season a unique experience.
