Our house is located on a recreation area adjacent to Holten, at the foot of National Park the Salland Ridge. A wonderful environment for walking and cycling. Unique on the border of Twente and the Achterhoek. A beautiful coulisse landscape. Nature reserves "The Borkeld" and "Elsenerveld" are within cycling distance of our house. Easily accessible are the swimming pool Twenhaarsveld, the swimming pool "De Vijf Heuvels" in Markelo and several playgrounds for large and small children. Other interesting places besides Holten with its restaurants and terraces, the Canadian Cemetery Holten, Nature Museum Holterberg, there are the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle.
