In the living room is a cozy sitting around a cozy fireplace for the colder months. Here is also the TV equipped with a chromecast and a JBL bluetooth music box. There is also a modern dining area with access to the open kitchen. This is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob with oven, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the hot summer months, all rooms can be cooled by 4 air conditioners. Good WiFi is available in and around the house. From the living room all around is access to 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. From the 3 bedrooms with patio doors you have the most beautiful views over the valley and the hills. Or you can walk down the stairs from the bedroom into the refreshing pool. Two bedrooms have a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m, the other bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm wide. Enjoy complete privacy, breathtaking views all around and silence around you on the various seats around the house.
Nature and surroundings
Within 5 minutes you are in the beautiful white mountain village of Canillas de Aceituno on the flank of the over 2000 meter high mountain La Maroma. Here you can take the El Saltillo walk of 8 km to the suspension bridge over a mountain gorge to the waterfall. (There are many more hiking trails in the area). Or have a drink or dinner at the various cozy restaurants. The nearest trendy beach bars of Torre del Mar coast are 16 km away. And Malaga and the airport can be reached within an hour. From Casa Colorado you can also make excellent day trips to such places as the Alhambra in Granada, the stalactite caves of Nerja, or the Andalusian cities and villages around within an hour to two hours drive. Mountain sports like rafting or canyoning are also possible, especially in spring. In the winter months you can ski in the Sierra Nevada within 2 hours.
