Delightful cottage quietly located on 2 ha of private land and only 5 car minutes from Fumel where you have all amenities. A kitchen with all amenities, has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with twin beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds, this room is in the same building and accessible from the outside. The private pool is heated. There is a terrace at the small house overlooking the pool and beautiful views of the surroundings, there is also a toilet and shower. There are on the property a farmhouse which is not inhabited and a small house which is not used when there are guests.

Near Fumel you can cycle (hilly) walking and fishing in river Lot. It is beautiful wine region with many picturesque village such as. Penne-d' Angenais a medieval town full of charm Valley of the Lot this valley is sprinkled with remarkable sites. The gardens of Marqueyssac beautiful high gardens. The water lily garden with 250 different species of lilies.
