This studio is on the second floor in the old school built in 1870.It is 35m2 in size and 4meter high ceiling.Has a private bathroom and a WIFI. and Smart TV with. Netflix.There is a censeo coffee machine a a vegetable steamer an espresso maker, a combi-grill microwave oven.Everything includes bedding and towels.For longer stays there is and washer and dryer available.There is a large communal terrace 90m2 large, with terrace furniture overlooking the mountains ( see photos)There is a stone barbecue in the garden large 2000m2 with terrace furniture available.Free parking in the garden.
