This cozy nature house with a large terrace (80m2) facing south, has a living room, a new dining kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. A fifth bed is available. The bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower and toilet. A DVD player with television, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven/microwave, hair dryer and speaker box are provided. In the basement there is a laundry room with a Miele washing machine, dryer and drying lines. The house has central heating and has its own parking space in the basement.

The sunny mountain village of Grächen is located at 1620 m. The village is lively for families in high season and fantastic for those seeking peace and quiet in low season. Grächen was voted the most child-friendly village in Switzerland in 2012. Grächen stands out not only for its natural beauty, but also for its many recreational opportunities. Located between Saas Fee and Zermatt, the village offers views of many 4,000-ers.
