Nature house in Smrceva luka

House is situated on the island of Brac, 10 km west of Bol. The first houses are at a distance of 200 meters. Access to the house is possible by small road. The paved road is from Supetar through Vidova gora. The road to Bol is half macadame. The house is surrounded by pine trees, so that the dining table is always in the shade. At a few steps is a plateau for sunbathing and a large pebble beach. Few minutes away is another beautiful beach. It is equipped with a kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator on solar energy. A solar shower is on the terrace. There is no hot water in the house. The water is coming from the tank and the electricity is from the solar panels. The electricity is ONLY for mobile /laptop chargers, fridge and lights, NO heavy electrical consumers allowed. A good fish restaurant is two bays away (good to know:))

The bay Smrceva Luka is situated 10 km from Bol, small town on the island of Brac which is very popular for it's pebble beach Zlatni rat with all the water acctivities like windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkling, etc. The bay is situated below the highest peak of the island : Vidova Gora which is also the highest peak of all Croatian islands (popular for the hikking). A few km from the house is Blaca Monastery and Hermitage which is the most preserved among a number of Renaissance hermitage monasteries that were erected in the karst caves of Vidova Gora. Brac is also interesting to explore - places like Škrip, Nerezisca,... So, the location allowes many nature activities, as well as enjoying silence and nature on the beach or under the pine shadow.
