Would you like to bring your dog? Then please contact us first. Dogs may only be welcome after consultation. You will spend the night in a unique and attractive shepherd's wagon, after the ancient tradition of the roaming English shepherds who roamed the hills of England with their flocks. With one big difference: This wagon is designed to make your stay as comfortable and complete as possible. With its own bathroom, kitchen and heating, you won't lack anything. Its four sturdy metal wheels were handmade by the blacksmith from the neighboring village and drove it to its current location: in the middle of our beautiful park garden. Overlooking the natural pond and the beautiful garden, so you can peek unobstructed at our free-range chickens. And when the ladies feel like it, they can leave eggs for you. Nature and surroundings
A hidden gem in the North: Southeast Friesland. Its horizon turns green from its diverse forests, heathland and shifting dunes full of cycling and hiking trails. Steer your steel steed or trusty car along the winding roads that connect brink villages, cultural heritage and bustling cities, or stay in the car and listen to the many birds in the garden. Complete your stay with dinner at Ilse's restaurant a few hundred meters away or order a delicious breakfast basket from Melle - our delivery baker. Grab a nice fresh egg from our chicken ladies or have a good conversation with Nuba (the Nubian goat). We'll be happy to tell you all about the various special places in the neighborhood and lend you our two free available bikes so you can experience for yourself how nice it is to get those wheels rolling here the North.
