Nature house in Baillonville

The water mill combines Ardennes authenticity with the comfort and luxury of a modern vacation home. The central point is the very spacious open kitchen with dining table and the adjacent heated indoor pool (6 * 4m) with sauna and rain showers. Both give access to the terrace and have a magnificent view of the natural garden along the stream l'Eau d'Heure. Looking for more authenticity, there is the miller's lounge, flat screen TV and a table made from the old inner wheel of the mill. There are also separate rooms for billiards and table soccer. Wifi is also available free of charge. The 7 bedrooms (2p) each have private bathrooms for optimal adult comfort. The two children's bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a single bed and the other with 3 single beds and possibly two additional pull-out beds, share a bathroom with the parents. Facilities of the house : a ping pong table in the garden and a petanque court, billiards table and table soccer The spacious garden of 5800m² is kept natural and runs for almost 200m along the stream l'Eau d'Heure which flows into the Ourthe a few km further.
