This four-person nature house is located in a wooded and quiet area and has been completely renovated. A new kitchen has been installed, there is a new PVC floor (with underfloor heating) and the terrace has been redone. The cottage has a modern kitchen, equipped with all amenities including complete kitchen inventory. From the living area (with TV) you have a view of the wooded garden. Wifi is available. There are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: bunk bed. There is a nice shower room with sink and toilet. There are two terraces in the garden, equipped with garden furniture. Around the house on a private plot of almost 500 m2 is a beautiful woodland garden landscaped with shrubs, green natural partitions and parking for the car. You can choose between sun or shade spots. Privacy guaranteed.
Nature and surroundings
The park is located at the three-province point (Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe). In the immediate vicinity of the park there is much to do. Enjoy long walks or bike rides in the vast forest area in which the park is also located. In the adjoining vacation park Molecaten Park 't Hout there is plenty to do for young and old such as: indoor playground, bouncy castles, table tennis, panna field, basketball court, animal pasture and Flippies Amusement Palace (this is an indoor playground with ball pit, stepladders, climbing bridges and a slide for which you have to pay separately at the entrance), snack bar with terrace, croissanterie / sandwich service and an animation team. Please note that the swimming pool at the park is NOT accessible. In the village is a large outdoor swimming pool with many recreational facilities. Also nearby are many lakes for swimming, such as Strandheem, the Leijen etc. In the village is within walking distance several restaurants, a large supermarket and a large swimming pool with recreational facilities.
