With a rowing/motorboat you will reach our nature house located in 'De Hank', a tributary of the river IJssel between Zwolle and Kampen. In the interior space of 40mtr2 you will find 2 bedrooms with 5 full size beds, a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, shower and toilet and the living/dining room. The boat is "off-grid" which means that it is self-sufficient for water and electricity. From you as a guest it asks that you take it into account in use without having to compromise on convenience and comfort.Outside on the boat are several decks where you can directly enjoy life on the water. In our berth belongs about 700mtr2 of private land with a large swimming pond where you can paddle and suppen.Our nature house is a great mix between a boat and a luxury cottage, where life in and enjoy nature is paramount. We enjoy it immensely and we would like to share this with you.

Our boat is located in the nature/recreation area 'De Welle', a peninsula between the river IJssel and 'De Hank' near De Zande. Many water birds and reed birds live in the area, the water is full of fish and beavers, buzzards and kingfishers have been spotted. Deer are occasionally seen in the area. The Welle is accessible for daytime recreation by the owners/tenants of the various pieces of land. The area is not accessible to unauthorized persons. The historic towns of Hattem and Elburg are a short distance away. Kampen and Zwolle are the somewhat larger cities nearby. Because of its unique location, the Veluwe, the polders and the Drontermeer are easily accessible. There are many bicycle routes, including through the Reeve, a nature reserve which was created to give space to the water from the IJssel. In short..... a wonderful place for relaxation, nature and culture.
